Privacy Policy
Ijodkor (ijodkor.art) is a platform that brings creatives and ensembles together. This page explains what data we collect, why we use it and how we protect it.
Last updated: 21.10.2026
1. Data we collect
- Account data: depending on how you sign in — your phone number (via Tasdiq ID) or the name and email address of your Google account.
- Profile data: the name or ensemble name, profession, city, description, photo, portfolio materials (video, audio, images, documents), experience and other details you enter yourself.
- Activity on the platform: messages, offers, applications to castings and vacancies, listings, saved favourites.
- Technical data: cookies required for your sign-in session and language, and IP address and request logs for security.
2. How we use data
- To create your account, recognise you and let you sign in.
- To show your profile in the catalogue, connect creatives with people looking for them, and deliver messages and applications.
- For moderation: reviewing profiles and materials before publication and preventing abuse and fraud.
- To improve and secure the platform. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
3. Google user data
- When you sign in with Google we receive only your name, email address and account identifier (openid, email and profile scopes).
- This data is used only to create your account and sign you in. Your email address is never shown to other users.
- We do not share data received from Google with third parties, sell it or use it for advertising. Our use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Who can see your data
- Your profile and published portfolio materials become public after a moderator approves them — so do not put your phone number or address in your profile.
- Your phone number and email address are not shown to other users.
- Messages are visible only to the people in the conversation. Platform administrators may view messages when investigating complaints or violations; every such view is recorded in a log.
- Where required by law, data may be disclosed to authorised government bodies.
5. Storage and security
- Data is stored on the platform's servers and connections are encrypted (HTTPS). No passwords are stored — sign-in happens through Tasdiq ID or Google.
- Data is kept while your account is active. When an account is deleted, its profile, materials and personal data are deleted; security logs may be kept for the period required by law.
6. Your rights
- You can view and edit your profile data and delete materials in your dashboard at any time.
- To delete your account completely or get a copy of your data, contact us — requests are fulfilled within 30 days.
7. Cookies
- We use only necessary cookies: your sign-in session, chosen language and your cookie choice. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Changes
- If this policy changes, the new version and its date will be published on this page. We will announce significant changes on the platform.
