1. What the platform is
- Ijodkor is a free platform that connects musicians, vocalists, actors, conductors, directors and creative groups with the people looking for them.
- The platform is not a party to agreements between creatives and those who hire them: it only lets people meet, post listings and exchange messages.
2. Your account
- You must be over 16 to sign up; people under 16 may use the platform with the consent of a parent or guardian.
- One person, one personal account. Give accurate information about yourself and do not create an account in someone else's name.
- A group profile (orchestra, choir, ensemble, theatre) may only be created by its leader or an authorised representative, who is responsible for it.
- You are responsible for your account's security: do not let others use your phone or Google account.
3. Content and copyright
- Upload only photos, videos, audio and texts that are yours or that you have permission to use.
- Your uploads remain yours. You give the platform a free permission to show them on your profile and in search; the permission ends when you delete the material.
- If we receive a complaint that someone's rights are infringed, the material may be hidden until it is reviewed.
4. Not allowed
- Explicit (18+) content, violence, discrimination, hate speech or anything else that breaks the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- Fake profiles, fraud, deceptive listings, spam and advertising messages.
- Publishing other people's personal data (phone, address, documents) without their consent.
- Interfering with the platform: automated scraping, hacking attempts, creating multiple accounts.
5. Moderation
- Profiles and materials are reviewed by a moderator before they are published. If they break the rules, they are rejected and the reason is shown.
- For serious or repeated violations, an account may be blocked without warning.
6. Castings, vacancies and listings
- The author of a listing is responsible for its accuracy. The parties agree between themselves on participation, payment and other terms.
- Report listings that ask for payment upfront, or any suspicious listing, to our support team.
7. Paid services
- The core features are free. If extra services (such as more storage) are introduced, their price and terms will be shown before you pay.
8. Liability
- The platform is not responsible for content posted by users or for agreements between them, but it reviews every report of a violation.
- We aim to keep the platform running without interruption; there may be short breaks during maintenance.
9. Deleting your account
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time. How data is kept and deleted is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
- If these terms change, the new version and its date will be published on this page. We will announce significant changes on the platform.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
